In thunderbird, a message "There is not enough free memory to print" when we try to print an attachment. We can print other attachments of the same size, 135 kb, but not this particular one. If we download it and print it, it will print. but not if it opened in Thunderbird.

In addition to supplying the information wayne requested, do the following to work around the issue for now. Go to preferences, search for PDF and change the default handler to your old preferred non Thunderbird application (probably reader) from the open in a tab default.

I have the same error when trying to print a pdf from an email. The above 'work around' posted by Moderator Matt, is not detailed enough. Where do I find 'preferences" - is this an internet options or is this within Thunderbird? need more help to resolve this "There is not enough free memory to print" issue, please
