Firefox increasingly stopping log in boxes etc from working/showing
Firefox is steadily being unusable for me. On numerous occasions websites fail to show log in pop ups etc which work without issue in Chrome. Latest example : https://www.gog.com/en/games Clicking "Sign in" should show a pop up to allow me to sign in. In Firefox this does not show. I thought it may be a "pop-up" issue, so deselected "Block pop-up windows" in settings. Still the same. I added the website as an exception and still the same. Anyone have any ideas what is going on ? TIA, ZTB

What version of FireFox are you using? And what plugins are installed?
FF 98.0.2 (64-bit) OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc. Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc.
I've tried that site again and it's actually working. So maybe it was a temporary fault on this site. But I've been on other sites giving the same kind of issue, though I can't remember them now. If I come across any I will make a note.
I had trouble logging in on first try as it just seemed to not finish loading after entering in email and password. So I closed it and tried again and it worked.

If you looked at system details it is Fx 98.
Also the word Plugins is not interchangeable with the words Addons and Extensions as you tend to do in your replies. Besides the couple of Plugins Firefox comes with (which are not NPAPI), the browser does not support NPAPI Plugins anymore. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins
Addons is a general term that groups together the separate Extensions, Themes (used to be full, now only background basically), Plugins, search engines, dictionaries, languages packs. So the word you were thinking of is Extensions.
