Three days ago we opened Thunderbird and there was a message box asking us to confirm some details. We did this but lost all emails, contacts etc We were also unable to use it to send/receive. How do we restore/retrieve all our data. Please, please can someone help? Down the bottom of this page we have the option of being advised by EMAIL when someone comes up with an answer! As per the above our email system doesn't work.

Sorry Matt. What do you mean by "confirmed" ? When I opened Thunderbird emails a box came up asking me to complete a form. I did but remained locked out of all my email account history. The history is very important to us as we store a lot of important things in Archive not to mention our entire contact list. We are both elderly and semi computer illiterate. Can you assist? Need help in detail. Thank you.
