How can I fix this? I can open/close a tab with Ebay to reproduce. Happens every time. Happens on a Linux Mint and a Windows 11. about:processes shows it is Ebay causing the problem.

I have no issues on ebay. see screenshot You have issues with anything on ebay? A similar screenshot showing the usage would be nice. X11 or Wayland? What happens with Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Also try downloading Firefox from Mozilla, unzip, and run firefox-bin from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
