Office365 issue, can sign in fine, but when trying to open a file, it refreshes 10x, then errors with sign in prompt
My daughters setup has been fine for over a year using Office365 for her classes. Today she reported she cannot open any of the files. Behavior is we can sign in fine, see all the files listed, looks good. However we click a file, and the title up top says "Working..." and the history tab will flood with about 10 attempts on a sharepoint site, then give a sign in error asking to sign in again. This will fail each time. I tried basic steps, cleared cookies, no dice. Only ublock was in use, without issue previously, but disabled and removed and it still did it. I even loaded up a new blank profile, nothing added, same behavior. I tried on my PC's firefox and it does work correctly. Both are v 110.0.1. Any suggestions to what I've tried? I would expect no extensions and new profile would resolve it. For now it works via chrome , but we're a firefox family.

The pc with the issue, is it personal or school? You should verify if the pc with the issue can access a personal account of Microsoft 365, not school. see screenshot It will be hard to troubleshoot since it's a not public site and we cannot see anything. Can the working computer (your computer) access the same site?
