When I'm on Ancestry.com and type in a name and hit search nothing happens, ancestry works on another computer in my home which uses IE.

When I'm using Ancestry.com and I type a name and hit the search button nothing happens. It tells me it's done but doesn't bring up the records I'm looking for. When I use Ancestry on another computer in my home with Internet Explorer everything works fine.

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
