l have firefox 3.6.8 and the ANZ banking site as soon as l log on times out and l have to keep logging on. Can l change a setting on firefox to stop this?

Is it possible you have blocked the site's cookie? If you right-click the page, choose View Page Info > Permissions, you can change your cookie setting for the site.

If you already have Allow or Allow for Session, perhaps your cookie is corrupted. Go the to Security tab in the same dialog, click View Cookies, and remove all the cookies for that site. Then reload the page and try again.

Thanks mate, That's the info l needed! l had to check the allow box as it was on the default setting Looks like thats fixed it!
