Dear people, it seems I am blocked from getting into this site. I can't seem to set up a user name and password, and can't even access their telephone number to call them.

This can be a problem with the cookies from that website.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
