I am unable to utilize some programs I subscribe to; I get an error message saying I needed to check plug-ins. I have done this dozens of times but it still won't work. So I am forced to go to Internet Explorer instead where the plug-ins work fine, and I am able to view or access certain features on their programs. .

It looks like it may have to do with Adobe Acrobat. I keep downloading and installing its plug-in because your screen keeps telling me to download and install it. Instead while downloading it, I get a Reader screen instead.

At any rate I also get messages these adobe programs are already installed. yet Mozilla refuses to recognize them.

WIN 7 Mozilla version 3.6.13

Try using the standalone installer .exe versus the web based page.
