This is only a bug report. When opening a link with the right click "open link in new tab", a new tab opens and it is affected by the mouse wheel. However, the screen stays unchanged (on the old tab) and the mouse wheel will not scroll. Only on v 3.6.13 (Vista Home Premium sp2).

You guys need a bug report button. I don't want an answer. It's just a bug.
