After upgrading to FF4, I noticed the link to organize bookmarks is no longer there. Where do i go to organize my bookmarks e.g. add a new folder, move sites from one folder to another, etc.?

when I first upgraded to ff4, I remember that the "awesome" bar was supposed to have a bookmarks icon (should have been next to the house home page icon). Mine never was. Any ideas? I ended up turning the bookmarks tool bar and menu toolbar back on.

You can look in the toolbar palette to see if you can find the Bookmarks Menu button (with the drop marker) and drag the icon on the Navigation Toolbar.

Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
