did you do the obvious things...Make sure JavaScript is enabled - yup! Accepting cookies at the very least from google.com - yup! and not deleting cookies for Google.com - nope! http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/4928/clearcachew.png - that's what I have done so far...

further clarification...the pop-up indicating 3rd party cookies came about after I used Downloadhelper to grab a youtube video...since then the youtube videos on my wiki don't work inside Firefox...
