How do I eliminate tracking?

I received an email from you this morning saying I could eliminate tracking of my actions but I cannot find where I enable this.

At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu and then click Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
Check Tell websites I do not want to be tracked.
Click OK to close the Options window.
