I have two title banners displayed on one page. The top one says "Mozilla Firefox" , the second one says "Firefox" with a down arrow. Each title bar has a set of control buttons on the right, but only the bottom title bar buttons are functional. If I try to delete one or the other pages both delete. I can't separate them any and every way I try. Also, the active, "bottom title" page which I can navigate with does not remember my prior settings that Firefox has always remember such as; large print. This seems to have happened after a resent update of Firefox. Can you help me figure this problem out. Thanks, Barbara

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
