How do I unblock Youtube after I have accidentally blocked it?

I blocked something that was on Youtube that I considered undesirable. I have found that I have blocked the whole of Youtube. I clicked on the box for blocking and then clicked on the script that was indicated on the menu box that was opened up. Could you please tell me how to get Youtube back? I now only get a black screen.

What box did you click? Where were you doing the setting?

Did you click a "Block" tab put on the embedded Flash by Adblock Plus? If you did, you can unblock it by right-clicking the ABP icon and choosing "Open blockable items". Choose the item you blocked from the list.
