Hi arename, You can check to see what version of flash you are using in the plug in page or if you type in "about:plugins" however this will not work if the tablet is running Firefox for Android, so... I am going to guess that you have an add on that allows you to download flash videos. I tried to reproduce this in beta and the version 26 for android and was unable to do this in youtube.com. My hypothesis is that certain websites will block the ability to download videos. I can recommended to try another add on or to make sure the add on you are using is updated to the latest version.
