more options

Every time i try to open gmail it gives:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Otherwise all other Google products work fine! Only gmail is not working.

If you haven't already tried deleting your existing Google cookies, please try that. You can load Google search, then either:

  • click the padlock in the address bar > More Information > Security > "View Cookies"
  • right-click the page and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
  • Tools menu > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

In the dialog that appears, you can remove your Google cookies.

Then try reloading the page and logging in again. Does that help?
