What java do I need to print out of scan & label to my Dymo printer. I set up a different computer to do my shipping to FBA. I was using XP and my printer worked fine. Now I am using windows 7 and Firefox for my browser.

When I try to print from "Scan & Label" it takes me to a java page so I know it needs something java, but it doesn't tell me what java I need to download and there are many of them. Which java do I need?

I did a google search and found this help page:

Reading that page, it tells you, under Accessing Scan & Ship

The Scan & Ship software does not need to be installed on your computer. However, the first time you use Scan & Ship you might be asked to download a Java applet.

In other words, you need to have the Java plugin installed and enabled. Your list of plugins already shows "Next Generation Java Plug-in 10.60.2 for Mozilla browsers" so you should make sure Java is enabled in the Firefox Addons Manager:

  1. Click the Firefox menu button New Fx Menu and click the Add-ons button.
  2. Switch to the Plugins panel.

Look for the Java(TM) Platform SE 7 U60 entry. If it shows "Ask to Activate" then see the How to allow Java on trusted sites article. Alternately, you can set the Java plugin to "Always Activate". See Use the Java plugin to view interactive content on websites for more information.

P.S. If the above doesn;t resolve the problem, your best bet may be to ask on the Amazon Seller forum, where I found a similar question posted:
