Everytime I try to download Firefox I get a "download interrupted" error message. My Internet Explorer isn't allowing me to access any other websites that are provided by Mozilla Support responses and I have tried multiple times to download FireFox but receive the same message everytime. Is there anyone that can help me fix this problem so I can use FireFox again.

Try downloading Firefox from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

or my Internet Explorer won't let me open the page. I have also tried opening it in Google Chrome, it opens, but then has an error message. I even tried adjusting my Proxy for my internet connection, but I cannot seem to get on the internet at all.

You can try to download the full Firefox installer on another computer and save the file to an USB stick.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
