Bulk mail (I assume from that your using Yahoo mail as the call their spam folder bulk mail). Delete it and I think Yahoo will just recreate it.

Just like the yconversations folder they create if you allow storage of yahoo messenger conversations.

Your best bet is to have a look at what yahoo offer in ways to opt out of their junk filtering. These folk indicate how to turn it on. http://email.about.com/od/yahoomailtip1/qt/Filter_Spam_to_the_Spam_or_Bulk_Folder_in_Yahoo_Mail.htm I assume turning it off is the reverse.

Thanks Matt, but I'm not using Yahoo mail, unless a btinternet domain is the same. I'll delete it and see what happens, Thanks, Johnmat87

Yep btinternet is Yahoo. Nice hey. Although I think their "new" service is not, but last I heard they were refusing to say exactly who they contracted it to.

Well looks like the telegraph has that answered. " run by Critical Path, a privately-held specialist email provider based in California. "

Like all the big telecom people the world over they are very secretive and not renown for their customer service. So even if your account has been transferred (a request for a new password is the only clue apparently) you will still have the yahoo folder names.

SO sorry to say I have to point you at BT. To either adjust your spam settings in the BT yahoo arrangement or with the BT Critical path arrangement. A third possibility is anti spam tools in your anti virus program. They tend to get over excited and dump mail in the spam folder. But that is the spam folder. I assume you probably have one of those as well. Am I correct?

Hi again, Matt I tried to delete the Bulk Mail folder , but hey, it won't go as you said! I don't have a junk folder. It seems impossible to find an access to BT to stop this (well meant) but useless feature. I will just have to look in it regularly and retrieve any important emails. Hey Ho! johnmat87
