I installed Thunderbird to backup my Hotmail/Outlook email the night before last, and ever since when I try to access Hotmail it opens, but most of the screen is blank, and none of the links to the Inbox or any of the folders do anything. I tried to save the screenshot as a .bmp & .doc so I could upload below, but both times it gave a vague error message that there was an error....

Thanks,

dorothy

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

I logged onto Firefox tonight and was shocked to see my Hotmail/Outlook looking like it should, not sure what it was, but it is fixed, :o)
