I had pinned my 8 tab. Once I opened a new firefox window and closed all windows, the pinned tab window are not appearing now.

If you have history turned on, then you can find your old url's there pinned or not.

Did you close all open windows at once via File > Exit Firefox or did you close each window in turn?

Did you check for History > Recently Closed Tabs/Windows?

Pinned tabs are tied to one specific window, so you would have to restore the window that has these pinned tabs. Firefox can restore a maximum of three windows.
