I installed 'downloadhelper'. It shows in the list of add-ons/extensions but it doesn't appear in the the toolbar

I installed 'downloadhelper'. It shows in the list of add-ons/extensions but it doesn't appear in the the toolbar. I have reinstalled foxfire, updated various foxfire files, tried other add-ons but none of this helps.

Did you try to click "Restore Defaults" in the Customize palette?

Did you check the settings in the VDH extension?

Yes I did. This doesn't solve the problem. Nothing on that page works. Thanks for the reply.

It was fixed by backing up to version 35. Need to better at compatibility testing or is that what what we just did.
