why can't i send or forward an e mail?

when i try to forward or compose a email and hit send this is the response i receive. Unable to send message To protect abuse your message cannot be sent now If the message contains only a link please add some text to it this helps us fight spam if it still cannot be sent please modify the message or try again later. i added text, it did not work. this has been going on for a few weeks. very frustrating.

What email provider do you use?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems and is blocking the mails.

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.
