Can't see emails in my Office365 imap folder.
Hi Mozilla Support For 2 years I used Thunderbird (current version) with an Office365 mailbox with no issues. But in the last few months using Thunderbird, some IMAP folders failed to show the emails within. I have checked with the web interface to my 365 mailbox and the emails are still there. I have also installed Thunderbird on another PC and the same things happens. It is the same emails which are not displayed. So it looked like an issue with the Office 365 mailbox. I then tried em-mail and that works, I can see the emails in the IMAP folders. What do you think is wrong? Thanks Andrew

Right-click the account in the (left) Folder Pane, select Subscribe... and see if the missing folders are checked. It might also help to click Refresh or to unsubscribe and re-subscribe the desired folders.
If the folders appear but are empty, try right-clicking a folder, Properties, Repair Folder.
