My home network is isolated from internet but includes window computers using XP, 8.1, and 10. How can I sync the bookmarks across all computers? They will not all have access to internet, only to each other on home network.

Sync needs the internet to work. Here is a workaround;

Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics.’’' Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

This is your current profile. Copy the folder As Is to a folder on a thumb drive. Then Copy the folder to the new system.

You would have to set up your own Sync server if you want to use Sync between computers that aren't connected to internet.
