Firefox for developer

1. open console 2. log any object 3. try to "inspect" this object, so open right pnael to be able to search by key or value and see full object as tree

I had this panel in previous Firefox for Developer edition, but after last update I cant find and activate this feature.

where this panel is located, how to enable it? thanks for reply

It appears that this sidebar panel to inspect a variable is replaced by a tree view in the main console window.

Such a sidebar panel is still available in the Scratchpad (Inspect), so maybe use that tool via the cogwheel toolbar settings. You can add a Scratchpad button the the developer toolbar.

hm.. but now console (without inspector) is totally useless for me and many other people.. how to suggest to bring inspector back ?

now I cant: expand object by 1 click, search by keys/values, change preview quickly of many console objects, got a "clean tree preview" of object (on current console tree we have "quick preview" of sub-object and a tree below, what leads to a mess)

do we have any plugins that do the same as inspector did?

ps. Scratchpad -> yes it has inspector what is great but I cant merge/connect it to console logs..

thanks
