sound delay twitch

Since the update, every time i watch a stream on twitch.tv, after a couple of minutes, the sound is delaying from the video, but only if i switch pages.
like, i go watch a stream and then i use other page like fb or twitter and when i come back, the sound comes with a 2/3s delay.
idk if it is only me, but this is happening only after the update.

edit: its not my internet connection since this problem started after the update. I have a 100/100 connection and i already tried with others browsers and don't do the same problem.
