Firefox disables all addons when starting

I successfully installed a shared Firefox profile on a Ubuntu16.04/Windows10 dual boot computer. In the past this didn't create any problems, I could use Firefox on both partitions. Then I installed Firefox 58.0.2 on Ubuntu and now Firefox disables all addons, when I use it in the other boot partition (i.e. that happens, when I switch from Ubuntu to Windows and vice versa). I can reenable the addons manually, but after the next switch they are disabled again. This is a very annoying behaviour, having around 20 addons. Mind you - all addons are compatible with Firefox in both partitions. Is there a fix for this (except the obvious "don't use a shared profile"). Any chance there will be an "enable all addons" button in the future? Or an addon "don't check compatibility when starting"? BTW, same happens on Thunderbird, but I don't have any addons there, so this is not my problem.

Chosen solution

This problem has disappeared after installing Firefox 61.0.1 on both partitions.
