Hello everyone,

I just saw that our virtual tour doesn't work anymore on VR mode. By "doesn't work" I mean : the VR button disapear on mobile android. I have already seen the last post of Mozilla about VR, AR and MR but I found no software. Anyone with a solution ? Since the gyroscope on Chrome doesn't work, Firefox was our backup plan , but for now... Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards.

Firefox for Android should support VR devices and WebVR technology (I might be wrong.).

Perhaps you have to go to about:config and set preferences beginning with dom.vr.* to true.

Hello TyDraniu,

Thank you for your reply, but it doesn't change a thing. VR still not recognized by the device (Android 7.0 on Asus Zenfone 3). Next thing I'm going to do is trying this on another mobile, and ask the question to the software maker of virtual tour. But I thought it was a common issue that everyone has... apparently not...

Best regards

OK, so I've isolated the issue, and it comes only from our website : https://www.princeps360.com/en/home/ This is not ad and I really need help for this website and VR to works on the virtuals tours. I tried on Chrome (default browser on Android) and there is the button to pass to VR, and the VR mode is correctly enabled (but the gyroscope doesn't work...). Anyone with somes tips ? I don't see in the log what I did wrong :/

Thank you in advance Best regards
