Funny thing - I just viewed an image in a separate tab and the certificate showed okay. After this I reloaded the complete site and Firefox does not give me an error anymore.

Seems to have fixed itself!

Thanks TyDraniu for your time!

I don't get it - I did not have any problems on Desktop Browsers. Only other Problem was Dolphin Browser on Android. It are two separate Certificates (Company verified single Domain and Domain verified wildcard). Are root certificates android OS based or Firefox based?
