If you want to install Firefox on your Android device, you can use the Google "Play" store app. Search for Firefox. You may find both the current release version and the beta test version. The release version is best for most users.

If you are having trouble creating a Firefox Account, keep in mind that the account is optional. It would be useful if you want to use the Sync service or some other services: Access Mozilla Services with a Firefox Account. However, it is not necessary to simply use Firefox as a web browser.
