Not possible if you don't want others using your settings or account you should password protect it and make another user account with standard access so they can't change settings.

The only password on the browser is the Master Password in the Password Manager. As stated above, lock your user account.

You can set up a 'public' account, or an account for others to use on the computer. They will not have access to your user account unless you give them administrator status.
