Whenever I use google drive on mozilla firefox, the google slides and google documents open and once loaded, the screen goes slightly darkened and I am unable to interact with the file or do anything. I can still use firefox but am unable to navigate through slides or use the files at all. PLEASE HELP ASAP. Think it is to do with the settings on firefox but I can do it on Microsoft edge, google chrome, etc.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
