Hello.

Two people work on two computers with the same email account. When I mark an email with a star symbol, it means that I'm done with the mail. The problem is, that the star is also showing on the other computer, so the other person, which, not neccessarily is done with it, have the email as "marked". Is there any addon that maybe adds another column with a different star or something like that? We tried marking the mails as "important" but this is very confusing. Or maybe some option, that star system would work locally? Or maybe there is a different way entirelly that two people can work on the same mail address without flagging each others mails? Uhm, prefferably without use of folders or making copies of mails?

Thank you.

Since this is just for your use, I suggest using the facility of tagging a color.
