Just upgraded to Thunderbird 102.2.2 and can see how to add names to a previously created mailing list. I made a list and didn't have time to finish entering all the addresses, so I clicked on OK. Now I can't find any way to continue adding names to the list. Before it was easy, can't remember what you had to do but you could just open the list and add names.

You should be able to highlight the list and right-click to edit list. Also three dots should appear in highlighted area and clicking that will open the same option menu.

View Address Book in horizontal layout, then select an address book in the left pane, select contacts in the right pane, and drag and drop them onto the list icon in the left pane.

Press ALT+2 to display Address Book in Thunderbird. Then right click on a selected address book and select Properties. This will open a window that allows editing such as add edit or delete an item.
