Multi-Account Containers - Missing an elements in the context menu of a link?

I have installed the Multi-Account Containers add-on. When I right-click on a link on a page, I am missing the Firefox Multi-Account Containers element shown in the Multi-Account Containers KB article (see attached screenshot KBContextMenu.png).

My context menu looks like the attached screenshot MyContextMenu.png.

  1. Has the Multi-Account Containers add-on been updated, and the KB article needs to be revised?
  2. Is there a setting that I need to do to show this context meny element?
