This screen displays brackets in the corners defining the corners of a square in the middle of the screen. You cannot pinch it to make it larger or smaller or smaller. If you scroll up on the windows it closes Mozilla. The only way to get rid of it to use the browser normally is to reboot my Samsung phone.

Hi

Are you trying to use Firefox for Android to capture a QR code (such as to connect Firefox Sync)?

Are you able to take a screenshot of what you are seeing and attach it to a reply to this thread?

Paul, could you give me the steps to get this done for you? Thank you.

Sure, this should help:

With the screen open to what you want to screenshot, press the volume "-" button and the power button on your device at the same time.

You should hear the camera shutter sound to indicate that a screenshot has been taken.

Reply to this thread, selecting the Browse... button under the text box to find and add the screenshot.

I hope that this helps.
