Hi Danny!

I don't think this is a Firefox issue per se. This behaviour is handled by the window manager of the operating system. Is this behaviour also happening after a full restart?

I had this issue start up two days ago. It finally got so irritating I looked for an answer and came here. I did as Balázs suggested and shut down my computer entirely, counted to 10 and turned it all back on. Now Firefox retires if I click on other open applications so all good here.
