How do I reset Cyberlink to allow downloads?

more options

I have an attachment on an e-mail. When I clicked on the attachment (photo) a Cyberlink screen popped up -- "allow" or "not allow". I accidentally clicked "not allow". Now I can't download any attachments on any e-mail. Can Cyberlink be reset?
