Also cannot right-click on top menu bars (e.g., to customize them). I CAN right-click on tabs and on status-bar icons.

If you can give me a list of your extensions, I can tell you which one to disable. To give me your list of extensions, go to Tools>Addons>Extensions and list the extensions in a reply to this post.
