If you did not create backups of them, you will not be able to get them back.

If you create backups of your user data, you need to copy two files from the backup, key3.db and signons.sqlite, and place them in your profile folder.

how is the backup created... i just deleted my passwords by mistake!!!!!!

i have the firefox sync setting on so it is synced...but donno how to retrieve my data!!!!!
