On my bank account, I clicked to remember the ID, but 'not now' for the password, somehow today, the ID and password showed up, and I do not want my password remembered

Firefox will store the usernname and password if requested. You can delete them from the password manager.

  1. In the tools menu select Options to open the Options dialog
  2. In the Options dialog select the Security panel
  3. On the Security panel click "Saved Passwords"
  4. Select the site in the list, then click the "Remove" button
