top part of trhe screen freezes and no way i can click the links. if i can bring down by pulling up the scrollbar then its operating. pulling the link upwards again disables it.

the screen below the toolbar is not working, say 1 to 1.5 inch width. below that part everything is working fine. A link at the bottom is working fine but if I pull the scroll bar downwards and take the link up then the hand does not appear. again if I pull down the link below 1.5 inch from top then again hand appears on the link. In all the sites this is happening. I opened the same sites thru googlechrome. there is no problem. please help.

The Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause this issue. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.

I had this problem too. I followed the recommendation to fix it and it worked - thanks. Now some of my apps on facebook don't open!! can you help with that?
