"my.yahoo.com" is my start page and starting a few days ago it just opens up wi;th a blank screen. However, if I log on with my wife's user name and password, her start (home) page opens correctly.

(I know of no changes that I have made to Firefox in reccent weeks.)

In Firefox, if you have "Adblock Plus" extension.

  1. "Ctrl+Shift+F" Preferences (or right click on ABP symbol, and choose preferences)
  2. 'Filters' menu > "Update all subscriptions"

dmcritchie, Thanks for the quick response to my question. While I was trying to find "Ad bloc Plus" on Firefox, I hit the home icon and found that my problem had been fixed, presumably by Firefox.

While I didn't have to use your suggested fix, thank you again for the speedy response.
