Beginning today, I have not been able to attach files to my e-mail messages. The problem occurs after I have selected the files I want to attach, and have clicked the "Attach Files" "button". The spinning icon in activity tab suggests that the transfer is in process, but nothing happens. The activity tab changes to "Compose", but the attachment browse window continues to indicate "transfering files". It never show the "Files Transfered" state.

I am using comcast for my e-mail provider, and FireFox as my browser. When I use Safari as my browser, the attachment process works fine.

FireFox Help shows a Windows user with the same, or similar problem.

I am wondering if this problem is related to the most recent FireFox upgrade(9.01), which occurred within the last couple of days.

You may be needing to install the Silverlight plugin.
