Firefox 13 does not clear cache via control-F5 or Ctrl-Shift-R

more options

I have just found that FF13 does not clear the cache via keystroke commands to reload the page. Tools...Options does clar the cache, as does exiting & restarting FF.

I notice in particular with CSS files (honestly don't know about graphics).

My cache is set to 3mb, but I see this at 0mb as well.

I have found the problem is caused by an iframe on the page with an embedded Google Map. Refreshing the cache works as desired on other pages.
