Concerning report submitted via Submitted Crash Reports

I found that some links were followed such as Example: http://course1.winona.edu/awangberg That attempting to load this page would crash according to above report. What I know of what I was doing was that I instructed to install MathML to Firefox. My concern was that it wasn't clear if these instructions were for current Firefox version, and if not then how far back. I don't how much the underlying technology of Firefox regarding MathML has change from say Firefox 3.6 to Firefox 14.0.1... So method to have MathML is what I am trying to find out here. There has to be a way to use it.

The above posted web page has an applet to show an animation.

Please update the Java JRE version to 7U7 or 6U35 because there is a security vulnerability in older versions.
