All of a sudden my homepage (www.rr.com) will not open in Firefox. It will in IE. How do I fix this?

more options

I have had Firefox for years. Recently my homepage will not open. It opens on IE, but I like Firefox much better. I use www.rr.com as my homepage. I get a message that says the site is temporarily down, but Road Runner denies there is any problem, and it does open in IE. What do I need to do?

Chosen solution

Many sites issues can be caused due to cookies that created while we browse. To fix this problem, first clear the cookies(files that temporarily created while browsing ). To clear these temporary files and cookies,

1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history. 2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything". 3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active. 4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else. 5. Now click the Clear now button.

After that check with the home settings in Tools> options> General. Then reopen the Mozilla. Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us.
