I have been trying to update firefox for several weeks. I have a cellphone but do NOT text. Consequently, I am unable to receive the PIN number you send on the mobile cell phone. Was hoping for a voice mail message. How can I update firefox if I cannot receive your PIN?

Chosen solution

hello, firefox will never request a pin or something of the sorts to install/update/use it - it is always accessible free and without any hurdles. this rather seems to be a malware scam on your computer.

please reset firefox and run a full scan of your system with the security software that you have in place and different other tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.
